Clinical Staff

StinsonDarryl L. Stinson, M.D.    Dr. Stinson is a Board Eligible Family Practice physician and Graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center Family Practice Residency Program in McAllen, 1994. He is a Member of The American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, a Certified Medical Review Officer of Drug and Alcohol Testing and has been in Private Practice in Family Medicine, Industrial Rehabilitation and Occupational Health in McAllen and Mission, Texas for 13 years.  He is also our Wellness Center Director.






Reynaldo Munoz, P.A.-C  Mr. Munoz received his certification from the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and has over 14 years of experience as a Family Practice provider. He holds a B.A. in Clinical Psychology from U.T.P.A. , completed his PA program at U.T.M.B. in Galveston, TX., he currently holds a  Master of Physician Assistant studies from U.T.P.A.  in Edinburg.  Mr. Munoz  is a registered medical examiner on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administrations National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. 







Sofia Nicholas, P.A. Ms. Nicholas is a Licensed Physician Assistant and has over 12 years of experience as a Family Practice provider. She holds a B.A. in Biology from U.T.P.A. and completed her PA program at U.T.P.A.  in Edinburg, TX. 








Beatriz G. Bautista D.N.P. – F.N.P Ms. Bautista is a Nurse Practitioner who has a Doctorate of Nurse Practitioner and has over 20 years of experience as a healthcare provider. She is also a faculty member of the Nurse Practitioner program at UTPA College of Health Science and Human Services since 1998. She is a member of the American College of Nurse Practitioners, the Texas Nurse Practitioners Association, the American Nurses Association and the current Vice-President of the Rio Grande Valley Nurse Practitioners Association. Mrs. Bautista’s area of interest is well woman care and currently practicing with PCI every Thursday.
